The reson for these attacks has to do with the movie's plot coincidentally being parallel with the intentions of S. N, the weapons division of Shadaloo, directed by Seth. During the tournament, Fei Long encounters and fights both Makoto and Abel.

Nowadays, whenever I fight players online or locally, opponents don't seem to move much or couldn't. Is it because the character's normals are too fast for them react to or get away from?
Or is it because they're unfamiliar with the matchup all together? I've fought some Fei's but I thought he's pretty average. I think he could be top tier, but IMO it's tough to get at that point.
